BIOGRAPHY
Steph is a registered Social Worker with Social Work England, the regulatory body responsible for setting professional standards and ensuring high-quality social work practice in England. Her registration reflects a commitment to ethical, safe, and effective care for those she supports.
Steph has extensive experience working within both the NHS and educational settings, where she has supported children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties, as well as their families. Her work has focused on providing early intervention and therapeutic support to help young people navigate emotional challenges and promote wellbeing within family and school contexts.
Steph is also trained in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2), a gold-standard, semi-structured assessment tool used in the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. This qualification supports her in contributing to multidisciplinary assessments and offering insight into neurodevelopmental needs.
