		"product_content": "1. This is one part of the autism assessment. Please only purchase this if you have been asked to by one of our clinicians.This is a detailed developmental questionnaire that asks about early development. It is a nationally recognised tool that is validated and accurate. The results are statistically analysed and are added to your overall assessment.You will receive a form to complete from our office team, that you can fill in online.2. In addition to this assessment we also need you to arrange to meet one of the therapy team for an ADOS (autism diagnostic observation assessment). This is a face to face appointment and can be booked with any of the therapy team, at the Feckenham clinic site. It takes 60 minutes. You can arrange this through the booking page. 3. We will also send you a questionnaire for a teacher at school to complete. This should be filled in by someone who knows the young person well. Once all 3 parts of the assessment are completed you will receive your final diagnostic report. This will contain many recommendations about support, adjustments and treatment that can help.We also offer a follow up appointment with the therapy team member that you met, to explain the report and give you the opportunity to ask any questions.
