We are an independent mental health clinic for children and adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions, such as specific learning difficulties, anxiety and depression.

We have a team of specialists and therapists ready to help you with an individualised approach.

We are able to offer assessments and also ongoing management and follow-up. This includes treatment with medication if appropriate.

We have specialist ADHD and Autism therapists working within the clinic,  and we also offer educational seminars for adults and parents/carers.

Dr Sasha Hvidsten is an experienced Child and Adolescent Consultant Psychiatrist.

Dr Hvidsten is committed to working with patients and their families to enable them to achieve the best possible outcomes.

A comprehensive assessment is made and a variety of interventions and treatments are available.

Dr Hvidsten is recommended by the Tourettes association. She delivers Habit reversal therapy (also known as CBIT) for patients with tics and Tourette's syndrome. 

Dr Sasha Hvidsten has experience of helping children, adolescents and young adults with a wide range of difficulties including neuropsychiatric disorders.

Her qualifications as a paediatrician in addition to being a psychiatrist gives her specialist expertise in helping those whose difficulties overlap both physical and mental health issues.

Medico-legal reports

Dr. Hvidsten aims to provide an appointment for assessment within 2 weeks of receipt of instructions (and all relevant records) and to provide standard reports 10 working days following assessment. Instructions must be received in writing and terms and conditions accepted prior to any work being undertaken.
